Dale is Managing Director of ORS. He has served on the Wales Medical Research Ethics Committee and as a non-executive director of a health authority and housing association. His most recent work includes facilitating the development of the Equality and Diversity Action Plan and national Core Values, both for the UK fire and rescue service. He is has developed a standard Employee survey on equality and diversity issues; and a module on Staff Communications will follow. He has also worked extensively with local authorities, the police, LHBs and health trusts.
He has lectured to a wide range of forums and organisations about public consultation and survey methods. He has a public sector background as an academic, is an ex-member of the Wales Multi-Centre Research Ethics Committee and as a non-executive director of Iechyd Morgannwg Health Authority. He is a Research Fellow in Politics and the Centre for Public Policy Research at the University of Wales Swansea.
As managing director of ORS, and as a member of both the Chartered Institute of Housing and the Market Research Society, he has considerable experience of applied research for both the public and private sectors.

Anna joined ORS almost 2 years ago and is the lead researcher for the Emergency Services Research Team. She takes a supervisory role over both the FSCA and Police Teams. Anna's experience at ORS sees her specialise in quantitative research, and in particular telephone survey methodology. Anna is currently project managing and designing a number of large and high profile surveys for both Fire and Rescue Services and Police Forces around the UK.
Anna has both a research and academic background, having joined ORS during the final stages of her PhD. She has over 7 years of research and project management experience. While completing her doctoral thesis at The University of Sheffield, Anna also worked as a lecturer and seminar leader on both post-graduate and under-graduate courses run in the Department of English Language and Linguistics.

Since joining the Emergency Services Research Team at ORS, Ciara has worked on numerous research projects for Fire and Rescue Services across the UK. She specialises in quantitative research, mainly in the context of the FSCA framework.
Before joining ORS, Ciara graduated from Swansea University with an MSc in Social Research. She has gained invaluable experience from her previous role as a telephone interviewer working on projects for the police service, the fire service and local government. Experience in South Birmingham Primary Care Trust's Public Health department also gave Ciara the opportunity to undertake a small but valuable research project regarding physical activity opportunities in the South Birmingham locality.

Hannah has recently joined ORS and the Emergency Services Research Team. Since starting, Hannah has worked on a number of research projects for Fire and Rescue Services across the UK. She works both in quantitative and qualitative research, mainly in the context of the FSCA framework.
Before joining ORS, Hannah graduated from Swansea University with a BA (Hons) in Psychology. She has particular interests in attitudinal and opinion surveys. While at Swansea University, Hannah carried out a number of research projects on: health intervention models, attitudes and behaviour towards recycling and evaluation of government health policies.

Since joining ORS in 2003, Kelly has led and co-ordinated a wide range of qualitative research projects for public and voluntary sector clients across the UK. She specialises in research, consultation and facilitation for local Government and Fire and Rescue Services and is particularly interested in young people and other hard-to-reach groups.
Kelly is currently responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of all qualitative projects across ORS and is an experienced project manager. As part of her role she delivers many of ORS' sensitive and high profile projects, such as employee, stakeholder and community consultation for Fire & Rescue Services Integrated Risk Management Plans. She has also undertaken considerable stakeholder consultation for the Welsh Assembly Government and numerous UK Local Authorities on a wide range of subjects.
Kelly is involved in designing research, convening, facilitating and reporting feedback from research forums and interactive workshops as well as more traditional focus group discussions. She is also particularly experienced in undertaking detailed and sensitive interviews with (amongst others) stakeholders, minority groups and senior staff both in person and over the phone.
